Jennifer Dages is a fitness instructor with seniors, a retired RN, and a health coach working with middle aged women who need to lose weight and break insulin resistance with intermittent fasting and the low carb diet. She has made these changes in her own life and enjoys helping others to make similar changes in their lives with the goal of preventing and reversing type 2 diabetes.
